Designed as a space to slow down, listen deeply, and turn inward, this intimate experience brings together sound, meditation, and tea inside Floating Lotus.
No previous meditation experience is necessary. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to simply listen.
Tea included. Space is limited.All experience levels are warmly welcome.
We ask that you bring a yoga mat and whatever items you need to be as comfortable as possible, loose comfy clothing and refrain from wearing strong oils, perfumes or scents as we are in close proximity and some are more sensitive than others.
Doors open at 8:45 and will be locked at 9am to promptly begin our session.
