TEA
THAI SWEET PURPLE PUERH
From the forests of Pha Hom Pok in Northern Thailand comes a rare treasure: Thai Sweet Wild Purple. Made from a unique variety of wild tea trees seldom used for puerh, this tea carries a character unlike any other.
The dry leaves are bursting with fruit — mirabelle plum, passionfruit, raisin — a perfume so rich it feels like stepping into an orchard at peak harvest. Once steeped, the infusion opens into layers of yellow fruit, ripe green grapes, pink grapefruit, and a touch of lemon. A faint, playful acidity lingers, not sharp but refreshing, giving the tea a lively brightness that sets it apart.
This batch is especially rare. The dedicated farmer behind this tea, has spent years experimenting with processing to temper the natural acidity of these wild leaves. His work has yielded a tea that is both approachable and extraordinary — fruity, vibrant, and unmistakably wild.
Only 12kg of this harvest exists, and each cup carries the story of patience, persistence, and the wild forest where these leaves grow.
2025 SPRING - NANTOU NATURAL MILKY WULONG
From the misty hills of Nantou, this Jin Shuan oolong (sometimes affectionately called “Milky Oolong”) carries a natural creaminess that feels like silk on the tongue. Lightly oxidized and gently roasted, it unfolds with meadow blossoms, a whisper of butter, and a soft sweetness that lingers.
Delicate yet comforting, it’s the kind of tea that feels both familiar and full of quiet surprises — a companion for slow mornings or long, thoughtful afternoons.
MOONLIGHT WHITE YUE GUANG BAI
This classic Moonlight White (Yue Guang Bai) comes from the leaves of old trees, carefully crafted into a cake that only grows more graceful with time. Its profile is soft and luminous — sweet, with subtle floral and vanilla undertones that unfold gently with each steeping.
The old tree material gives it remarkable stamina: you can brew this tea endlessly, each infusion offering new layers of delicacy and depth. Its Cha Qi is calming and serene, smoothing the edges of the day and inviting the body and mind into quiet clarity.
Whether enjoyed fresh for its light, elegant sweetness or aged for its evolving complexity, this tea embodies the moon’s quiet brilliance — steady, soothing, and timeless.
POMELO FLOWER BLOSSOM GREEN
Handcrafted by a dear family I know in the mountains of Vietnam — husband, wife, and their young son — this tea is a quiet love letter to tradition. Using wild ancient tree green tea (1 bud, 1 leaf) and fresh picked and cured pomelo blossoms, they create a seasonal, romantic infusion rooted in care, memory, and melody.
Scented in the traditional Vietnamese way, the tea carries the soft, citrus-laced perfume of freshly opened pomelo flowers. It's elegant and airy, yet grounded by the strength and depth of the old tree leaves. The fragrance lingers gently, never overpowering — just enough to stir something tender.
Inspired by the song "Hương Thầm" by musician Vũ Hoan, this tea was born of poetry:
"The fragrance of the pomelo flower made the girl confused, quietly had the flower say the love…"
Sip this when you want something delicate but soul-deep. A tea that speaks in quiet confessions.
LANNA BLACK GOLD
Smooth, rich, and rooted in the forest — Lanna Black Gold is a hand-picked black tea from the misty mountains of Northern Thailand. Grown in harmony with native trees and wild flora, this fully oxidized tea carries a naturally nutty, toasted character with notes of roasted chestnut, honeyed grain, and sun-dried wood.
Each batch is crafted with care: whole-leaf, tribal artisan-processed, and never rushed. It’s a tea that feels both grounding and golden — perfect for those who appreciate depth without heaviness.
Drink it hot, savor it slow, and let the quiet strength of the mountain come through
JAPANESE CHERRY BLOSSOM KOUCHA
Aka Sakura Black is a seasonal treasure — a delicate yet flavorful Japanese black tea gently blended with hand-harvested cherry blossom petals. Crafted in small batches in Saga Prefecture by a koucha master, this tea captures the quiet magic of spring in every cup.
Open the bag and you’re met with the unmistakable aroma of blooming sakura — floral, cinnimony sweet notes, slightly salty, and deeply nostalgic. Once steeped, the petals soften into the tea, offering a subtle bouquet of cherry blossom fragrance layered over a smooth, naturally sweet black tea base.
There’s balance here: the koucha brings depth and warmth, while the floral note lifts and lingers like a breeze through petals. A touch of salt enhances the blossom’s brightness without overpowering the cup.
Elegant, fleeting, and romantic — this is a tea to sip slowly, like a walk through falling sakura flowers.
SWEET BOUQUET ORIENTAL BEAUTY
Delicate yet bold, Sweet Bouquet is a radiant Thai-grown oolong crafted in the style of Oriental Beauty — using bug-bitten leaves to coax out deep aromatics and layers of nuance. Winner of the Gold Prize at the 2023 World Green Tea Contest, this tea is a standout expression of Thailand’s emerging terroir.
At first glance, its pale golden liquor may seem understated, but don’t be fooled — the aroma blooms into a vivid bouquet of wildflowers, honeycomb, ripe stone fruit, and soft citrus. Lychee, peach, and meadow honey rise to the surface with each steep, weaving into a light but complex tapestry of flavor.
When brewed strong — or even overbrewed — the floral and fruity tones merge into something more decadent: sweet Thai honey, crushed petals, and hints of tropical orchard air. It carries the elegance of high mountain tea with the bold character of its jungle roots.
Refined, rare, and beautifully expressive, this tea is a celebration of place — and of what’s possible when tradition meets Thai soil.
Crafted with care on old, well-worn machines rarely seen in modern production, this oolong holds something timeless — like a deep breath between thoughts. Processed using the classical GABA method, where oxygen is replaced with nitrogen during oxidation, the result is both calming and quietly alerting.
The flavor is comfort in a cup: cinnamon, plum jam, apple skin, milk caramel — like a warm memory baked into tea. There’s a subtle tanginess that hints at its high GABA content — a sign of traditional processing now rare in newer GABA teas.
It’s smooth, steady, and long-lasting across multiple infusions, made from organic, high-elevation leaves grown with intention.
Drink it when you need to drop in without drifting off — relaxed body, focused mind.
Moonberry Pie (2024 Vintage)
Harvested from old-growth trees aged 300 to 500 years, Moonberry Pie is a rare white tea with a gentle spirit and a wild, layered personality. Pressed into a traditional cake, this tea opens with the scent of sun-warmed berries and wild forest fruit. There's something both ancient and alive in its fragrance — tart red currants, golden sea buckthorn, and soft whispers of caramel.
As it steeps, the flavor deepens. You’ll taste bright fruit at the surface, anchored by soft, creamy undertones and the quiet sweetness of vanilla. With each infusion, the tea unfolds like memory: evolving from berry jam to warm, buttery candy, then finally settling into something herbaceous and minty — like walking through a misty meadow just after dusk.
This is a tea I reach for when I want clarity without edge. It energizes gently but holds you steady — like sitting under a full moon with nowhere to be but here.
Drink now or cellar for years to come. Moonberry only gets wiser with time.

The result is a tea unlike any other — earthy yet bright, with flavors that feel pulled straight from the jungle floor. Fresh green leaves mingle with sweet and sour forest berries, creating a cup that’s both grounding and alive with energy.
Harvested only in limited quantities each year, this tea carries the essence of its remote mountain home — ancient, rare, and deeply connected to the wild.
